Use and Care Instructions:
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash only in warm soapy water.
- CAUTION, handle will become hot during cooking. ALWAYS use an oven mitt when handling a hot pan.
- Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating pattern on cooking surface. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stove.
- Do not leave pan on hot burner unattended or allow it to boil dry.
- Cooking with oil or butter is optional. However, it does improve cooking performance and the taste of most food.
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
- Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
